Since the day we were established, one of Titan Migration’s key objectives has been to provide high quality immigration advice and visa assistance while being virtual and accessible to our clients. When the COVID-19 pandemic took hold and businesses started to work remotely, we were ready. In this article, we discuss the benefits of virtual online consultations and how you can access our services from anywhere in the world including from your own home or workplace.

Why we offer virtual and online consultations

Titan Migration was established with a vision to provide highly personalised immigration services to anyone, anytime and anywhere in the world. The challenges of modern life mean many of us are becoming busier and many of our clients want to connect with us outside of the standard 9 to 5 workday as they grapple with growing traffic congestion, family responsibilities and trying to achieve a healthy work/life balance.

Massive improvements in technology including high speed internet means that the world does not always have to conduct business at a specific location or within set working hours. Our clients are looking for more accessible and flexible ways to engage with us and access our services. As immigration and visa services are international in nature, it is not always practical to meet face to face when many of our clients are based in different countries and across different time zones. We decided to be an immigration consultancy of the future, providing immigration advice anytime and anywhere through our virtual online consultations.

What is a virtual online consultation and what are the benefits?

A “virtual online consultation” is a consultation conducted remotely in real time between a professional service provider and a client. This is usually done over the internet using audio-visual communication software such as Zoom, Skype, Facetime, WhatsApp, Google Meet or other video conferencing applications.

There are several advantages with virtual online consultations:

  • Reduce travel costs

  • Effective for practicing social distancing

  • Ensures good health and safe hygiene especially during COVID-19

  • Results in time savings such as travel time and the need to take leave from work

  • Can take place outside of standard business hours

  • Can be conducted anywhere (from your home, office, school, interstate or overseas)

How we provide virtual and accessible immigration advice

We offer the following types of virtual online consultations:

  • 20 minute express consultation ($75) - This is ideal for when you need answers to a few questions or some ideas on the types of visas that may be suitable for your circumstances. It is also a good chance to see whether we are the right people to help you.

  • One hour standard consultation ($220) - We recommend a one hour standard consultation for those who need formal immigration advice and an assessment on their visa eligibility. We will discuss your circumstances in detail and provide you with an estimate of our service fees should you choose to engage us.

We use the following video enabled applications for our virtual online consultations:

  • Zoom

  • Skype

  • WhatsApp

  • Line

  • Google Meet

Payment is easy. You can either pay by credit card after you book an appointment on our booking consultation page or we can provide you with our account details for bank transfer payments.

You can book a consultation with a registered migration agent through our website or contact us on (02) 8328 0558.
