Once we have all the information we need from you, we'll lodge your application on your behalf with supporting documents.

As your point of contact for all matters related to your case, we will handle any requests or correspondence from the Department of Home Affairs, so you can continue on with your life.

We'll support you through the entire process, ensuring that we continue to keep you posted on any news or developments while we await a decision. Once we receive a decision, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the outcome and let you know what you can do next.
